Orders are usually fulfilled within 1-2 business days.

Yes we do!
Customers outside the US may be responsible for taxes/and or duties to import items into your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be. Packages returned due to unpaid duty will be refunded minus all shipping charges.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Shipping times are only an estimate and are not guaranteed. In particular for customers outside of the US, your local customs office may hold the package for extended period of time. We have no control over this and cannot expedite the process.
Please double check your shipping address. We cannot re-ship items due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
MY ORDER IS LATE, WHERE IS IT?
If an item does not arrive within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please check with any others at the address that may have received the item and then call your local post office with the tracking number. They will be able to give you more information than we are able to provide. If they are unable to locate the package, please contact us.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
The United States Postal Service (USPS) doesn’t offer tracking services for our Free Shipping option or First Class packages. Priority packages can be tracked, but the USPS isn’t required to scan them upon arrival at each destination, which means tracking info is unfortunately unreliable.
Please note that if you choose standard First Class International Shipping, Priority International Shipping or Free Shipping, we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Packages can get held up in Customs, and these processes are out of our control.
